Meeting Minutes, December 7, 1999
The CLAM meeting came to order Tuesday evening, December 7, 1999, at 7 p.m. Thanks to Two Feather's Trading Post for hosting the meeting. In attendance were Frank Bechtel (Bekeart's Gun Shop), Dee Allen (Gold Country Carriages), Aaron DeOliveira, (A&J's Yogurt Deli), Vickey Moreno (Olde Coloma Theatre), Cindi Ehrgott (Coloma Country Inn), Jan Murphy (American Heritage Real Estate) and Donna McMaster (Coloma Communications). The November minutes were approved.
Discussion focused on Christmas in Coloma: Frank has not yet been able to find a suitable nugget for the raffle, so it is cancelled. Volunteers agreed to staff the booth. Need a "Coloma-Lotus Association of Merchants" sign for the booth, 18" tall and 12' long.
Still planning to serve cider and "gold nugget" donut holes. We can use Frank's kettle corn machine to heat the cider. We will sell donuts at 25 cents each or 5/$1.00. Cider pricing will be $1.00 per cup including 3 donut holes.
Donna mentioned Kim Sanders of Java To Go has moved her cart to Missouri Flat Rd.
The next meeting will be 6 p.m., January 11, 2000, at Two Feather's Trading Post.
