Called to order @ 6:50 pm By Pat Lahey treasurer President Judy Huestis was not present. Motion to approve April Minutes, Approved. Motion to approve May Minutes approved.
Treasurer's report: Need to verify $15566.00 at the next meeting.
Guest Speaker: Gail Kline was absent and did not speak.
Hwy 49 beautification committee in holding pattern for Memo of Understanding from El Dorado County matching funds sugguested for Gateway signs,lighting and landscape.

We discussed gathering volunteers for the American River Folk Music Festival in September and perhaps an incentive for the Chamber's workers/the Chamber would receive a percentage from the festival to use also for Hwy 49 road beautification. More will be discussed don't forget Sept.meet at Sierra Rizing 6:30.

Our collected review of Coloma Blues: Bigger Local direction signs for parking, more food vendors,Unscramble script payment for customers to the vendors,recyle more,healthier food,more local food vendors more volunteer food and Headliner could be on stage sooner.Need to look for misters and parachutes to create more shade and accomadate public.
We will plan to have Mary Carrera @ our October Meeting to recap Coloma Blues Live.

Trail Fest At the Earthtrek Campground on the So.fork Amercan river our group review: don't run out of water,more beer, more wine,people traffic delay for beer, better PA system more auction variety silent and live,silent auction too much reading and we really like to dance.Know more and add your input come to our September meeting at the Sierra Rizing Bakery.

Whitewater Media Day provided local Dignitaries and from Sacramento, SMUD officials and family a total of 55.Raft adventures, ballon lifts,food and drinks at the Lotus Henningsen Park they viewed our lovely valley with green carpet treatment on a breezy Saturday afternoon.We welcome them back and hope we see you in September at the Sierra Rizing Bakery 6:30
