Called to order 6:30 pm

Motion to change: The November Chamber meeting minutes to reflect Treasurer's report end of Oct. balance to be 12,277.28

November Treasurer's report balance 11,553.00 as of the 30th 2006

Committee reports: Jingle Bell Jubilee 1st Annual was a success it kept with the mode of the Christmas in Coloma festivities. Caroling and tree lighting went on Happy participants were on the Front Page Mountain Democrat. The Turn out was good and let's do it again next year was the consensus.

We adjourned @ 7:20 pm to our end of the year party.We celebrated renewed licensing for SMUD and water promised for river recreation on the South Fork American river Thank you to Hilde, Teresa, Bill and Nate for your time and work.
